Since I've not reset the app, silly me, I'm having to remember where I left off and the Monday morning feeling nearly kicked in when I clicked on wk5 R3 and Laura said this week have different runs and today I would be doing 20 minutes. What a shock until I realised I click the wrong run.
Anyway when the correct run was chosen I really enjoyed it and improved on my distance. It was a different run since I was picking up the car from the local town after a few drinks yesterday afternoon.
A good start to the week which now means I'll be finishing it off on Sunday with a 20 minute run.
