Great for getting started just go slow and slower again if needed. Always have a rest day between runs and keep well hydrated.

C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck ๐Ÿ˜Š

Well done for starting, as others have said, hardest bit already done. I was and am 58 when I started, had never run a mile in my life, and now run three times a week for fun. Amazing program, just trust it and it will get you through. As others have said, there is no such thing as too slow. Good luck.

Well done for starting. I turned 50 this year and thought I would try C25K having never run in my life before. Completed it a week or so ago, so it really is possible, just follow the course and take your time. You will feel great for having done it. Good luck.

That's super! The young ones do keep us on our toe! Week 2 I found easier.

Wow, thanks for the encouragement! A question. On my day off yesterday, I had a pain in my left side towards my tummy(stitch/appendix like pain) while sitting and working. It's still tender today. Niece recons I must have done something when I sneezed in the morning. Anyone had a similar experience? I'm using Arnica cream, lavender /seed bag, stayed in bed and worked and will take Ibufron tonight. Feel so guilty as I needed to run today... ๐Ÿ˜ฉ ๐Ÿ™ˆ
