It might look like I have moved from week 6 to 7 without a break. Not so, my fellow C25K-ers! I was late uploading my week 6 doodle.
Strangely enough I find the start of the run toughest. Also, today after a time-check at 12-and-a-half minutes, I was hoping for a 5-minute countdowns. It came at 20 minutes.
Anyway, no matter - I picked up my speed with 60 seconds to go. I definitely could not do that for the full 25 mins.
Speed work in week 10 - after graduation - beckons. 🙏🏿

Look up the toxic ten. Explains why the first 10 mins of a run are difficult for many of us! You are so right to take the run slowly until the last few minutes of sprinting. It’s all about running now and it’s great! Well done you are doing so well & should be feeling so proud of yourself👍
