More places to run , great. I'm in Scotland and my first kind of trail run I tried was my parkrun it's so different to running on pavements😊

I'm so used to it now as my 3 runs during the week all pavement . Parkrun is mostly in forrest. What I like about it is I can't pinpoint where I am and don't really know how long left to run😊

That’s definitely a bonus. I decided to trail run as the local trail is in the valley bottom n every other direction is long uphills 😫
