One month in :-D

CheeryLittlebottom profile image

One month ago today I did W1R1, after just over a year of putting off starting C25K. And today I am actually looking forward, albeit with some apprehension, to giving W5R3 a bash on Thursday! I am so pleased I finally got over the hurdle of starting. If you're like I was and am contemplating starting, just give it a try. It could be your best decision of the year :-) Happy running (and walking/jogging) everyone!

Getting out the door to do that very first run can and has been the hardest part for people. Just do what you have been when you go out to run wk5r3, all your running up until now have prepared you for it. Well done and good luck 😊
