🀣 I run on a path through sand dunes so not many big hills.

Tackle them very, very slowly 🐌 🐒 with little running steps...don’t stride up them! Don’t dread them either..they build up your strength & stamina, so embrace them. If tackled slowly you will manage them well especially having done two weeks already!
