First took up running over 21 months ago.
Progressed through to 10k and HM and tried some other stuff also.
This is my third journey through the C25k building programme and mainly due to taking time out from running to do other things,although one out was due to overuse.
I am at Wk 3.1 for the third occasion.
I have certainly found that consecutively my pace has improved and I suppose it just does anyway if I had not had the down times.
For me I certainly find that the C25k building programme is an excellent reset programme.
Don’t have to think about it much, just go and do it and let the programme take me there.
My plan this time is to try and avoid the downtime and go all the way through to a once in a lifetime marathon this time next year.
I do not post on here too much.After repeats you feel a little homeless and for first timers it’s good to get the advice direct from the Admins.
Of course we all have different needs, but the programme and HealthUnlocked do look after you.
Personally I could never have achieved anything without both and the support of the forum.
