Can anyone recommend s good pair of running shoes please

Find a good sport shop that will do gait analysis- everyone runs differently and it is important to get correct shoe for you to prevent possible ankle/hip/knee injury. Happy running

I would go to a good sports shop there are many running trainers out there on the market. I would get a gait test done but I'm looking into brooks running shoes at the moment. But get a gait test done and see what they recommend for you.

I went to up and running - had my gait checked and was recommended some nice shoes for £120 - checked on line and got the same pair though different colour for 75 at jogging point - get checked in store, check prices on line - usual story
