Hi fellow x couch potatoes, I’m on w2 and quite enjoying the challenge..

I’ve never ran 5k so I can’t wait to see if I manage it .. feeling determined:-)

Stick to the plan and try to do a couple days of lower body exercises to strengthen those legs. Good luck

Will do, I get quite a bit of what feels like cramp in the lower front leg and in the calf.. I find after about 1/2 way through it goes away..

Great for getting started. Just go slow and make sure you're drinking plenty water 7 days a week not just on run days. C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck 😊
