Second parkrun

After missing last week due to sickness I went back for another go at Banbury parkrun.

Really enjoyed it, was a lovely morning. I kept better control of my pace this time.

Obviously still waiting for official results but my garmin recorded 35:37. Which is almost 3 minutes faster than my first run on the course and just over a minute faster than my previous best from a couple of days ago.

Even managed a sprint finish!

Hope everyone else had a good run today too.

I love a sprint finish. It's like something takes over your mind and body when you kick into it. Well done
