I did it 😊 thought I’d give it a go and yaaay I got around!! Had a 10 minute warm down walk and lots of stretching after so hoping that’ll mean run 3 on Monday

Thank you i actually quite enjoyed the rain once I was wet 😂 it was the getting wet bit I didn’t like x

I was out yesterday in the pouring rain already soaked and just enjoying my run. When someone decided to drive through a large puddle and then I was dripping wet . My running really does calm me down and I kept on running 😂
