Gave myself another 2 day rest before I set off on this run.
I wasn't comfortable when I started so set a very slow pace. I soon settled into a good rhythm which I was then able to maintain throughout the rest of the run to completion.
One more run to complete the penultimate stage of the programme. Haven't decided yet whether I would benefit from repeating week8 or pressing on to week 9 and completing the programme.

I'm impressed you completed. I too am planning on redoing this run, I walked the 2nd half. I may just do as run 3 see how I feel and repeat that if I need to. Love to know what you decided. Good luck x
