super happy π ππππ hurt my lower back at work but with some good nhs advice Iβm back after only two weeks off ππ½ββοΈππ½ββοΈππ½ββοΈππ½ββοΈ dropped back to week thee for a tester run and after a podcast fail today, swapped to Spotify and just ran and ran and ran. So comfortable and after a break realised just how far Iβve come. Have no idea how long the run lasted..... but I do know that running as the sun goes down π was pure heaven. IM HOOKED πβ€οΈππ½ββοΈβ€οΈππ½ββοΈβ€οΈππ½ββοΈβ€οΈ

Tester run
Welcome back... great comeback run. Going forwards it would be a good idea to know how long you ran for of course π€£ we need you at least roughly on plan when the other tech fails, I ran one by just the clock on my phone. Sunset is a wonderful time to run and those who can get up early say sunrise is too.
By the sounds of your report youβve almost certainly run longer than your next run dictates... thatβs great, nothing to prove now, just be careful for a couple of runs to not over do it.
Thanks π I just kept at a super easy comfortable pace. I think when you stop for a bit you really do forget how easy running has become. And yes I agree I did get a bit carried away in the moment. Will return to podcast next run ππ½ββοΈ just the inner rebel breaking out. ππππππ
I did it too... think I had 6 dogs running round me, could have been 5 Iβd have to check, and I didnβt hear the instruction to walk and the next to run... but obviously I did know Iβd gone much too long π€£. Feels great of course... youβll amaze yourself many more times... and the best thing about this time is youβve not only seen how far youβve come, youβve learned early that a couple of weeks off with an injury doesnβt push you backwards.
Great you're feeling better and back to running. Well done you π
