super happy πŸ˜ƒ πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€ hurt my lower back at work but with some good nhs advice I’m back after only two weeks off πŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈ dropped back to week thee for a tester run and after a podcast fail today, swapped to Spotify and just ran and ran and ran. So comfortable and after a break realised just how far I’ve come. Have no idea how long the run lasted..... but I do know that running as the sun goes down πŸŒ… was pure heaven. IM HOOKED πŸ‘β€οΈπŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈβ€οΈπŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈβ€οΈπŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈβ€οΈ

Welcome back... great comeback run. Going forwards it would be a good idea to know how long you ran for of course 🀣 we need you at least roughly on plan when the other tech fails, I ran one by just the clock on my phone. Sunset is a wonderful time to run and those who can get up early say sunrise is too.

By the sounds of your report you’ve almost certainly run longer than your next run dictates... that’s great, nothing to prove now, just be careful for a couple of runs to not over do it.

Thanks πŸ™ I just kept at a super easy comfortable pace. I think when you stop for a bit you really do forget how easy running has become. And yes I agree I did get a bit carried away in the moment. Will return to podcast next run πŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈ just the inner rebel breaking out. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ™„πŸ˜€πŸ˜Š

I did it too... think I had 6 dogs running round me, could have been 5 I’d have to check, and I didn’t hear the instruction to walk and the next to run... but obviously I did know I’d gone much too long 🀣. Feels great of course... you’ll amaze yourself many more times... and the best thing about this time is you’ve not only seen how far you’ve come, you’ve learned early that a couple of weeks off with an injury doesn’t push you backwards.
