Just completed - I had a week between run 1 and run 2 but still found it slightly easier (but by no means easy!) maybe because run 1 was in a hilly area.
My right foot was sore every time it landed however that eased off after about the third run.
Iβm still not great at the breathing technique, and if anything Iβm worried that my βbrisk walkβ isnβt quick enough! π
And gosh - those autumn leaves are slippy underfoot arenβt they!? π π

Nothing is easy regarding your runs Jane46a, but congratulations on run 2 of week 2, just be careful about those Autumn leaves making your runs a bit slippy.
Great, you've completed wk2r2. Your breathing will get better as I've been told before slow down . Even if you think you're going slow there is always a slower pace. Well done you π
