I did it! I ran after work- not very far and not very fast, but am glad I did it. Definitely a morning person though....may change my running pattern to run early on my free days through the darker mornings.

I was really toiling - no energy and came back feeling like I had run a marathon not a modest 2km!! Definitely better for me to fit in a run at the start of my day if possible! Happy running!
