So my Fitbit’s connection to my phone’s gps dropped off so my phone thinks I did a 6 minute run then a 22 minute run but it was 28 non-stop I promise!
I can’t believe there’s only one week left and I can’t believe how far I’ve come from the girl struggling to run for a minute just 8 weeks ago.
Bring on week 9 and graduation! Eeeek!
🏃🏻♀️☺️👟

Don't worry we believe you. (Stupid fitbit). Isn't it amazing getting to this stage when as you say running for 60 seconds was so hard. Well done you 😊😊

Yes well done, yes fitbits mess with your head, but we know different. It’s hard to let go and just enjoy the run.
I now run for 32 mins regularly, however I realised i’m Not exhausted from it. Win win. Enjoy enjoying.

After being annoyed for a few minutes, I started to enjoy it more, wasn’t looking at the watch every 30 seconds as I knew it was wrong anyway.
Well done to you too! Amazing achievement ☺️
