Thanks WillowandSola it felt amazing and I know everyone says if I can do it anyone can but in my case it is definately true. Many attempts and repeated weeks injuries etc but the perserverance is so worth it. This forum played a huge part in the journey and I am so grateful to you all. Here to many more days like this forcus all 😁🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
