The lovely lexi6 and Mr Lexi6 came and collected me this morning (I'm still car-less) and took me along to their Wilmslow Parkrun meet with VRBs Dexy5 and UpTheStanley . It was a beautiful day and the friendliest Parkrun I've ever attended. A hard run saw me Jeff once towards the end (as in walk, not swear). Then the best bit, we went for breakfast. I didn't think to get a team photo on my phone, luckily the others have got this covered, so look out for their posts 👍😊

Would have had to volunteer anyways, no compatible run this week... nothing under 4 miles anyway... I haven’t been to a parkrun since July as my plan only gives me 2.75 or 3 mile runs when I can’t get to one 🤣

Lovely to meet you Baddie, as well as mr & Mrs lexi. It was a great meet up, although a far tougher parkrun than we are used to. Photos will follow.

I am sorry to have missed the chance to have another run with you and Lexi6 and to meet dexy5 and UTS. Grandparent duty. Glad you had a good run, the weather was lovely. Well done all of you.

Sorry I have to go to the local rugby club, husband's firm sponsored the match.

Grandson has aspirations to be a judo master he is not persuaded that running contributes to overall fitness, he is unlikely to join us. Granddaughter maybe one day but only 5 and totally unruly but v funny.

I will meet up with you again soon.
