Nearly the end of September and it starts heating up again , funny weather. Today I went back to the red ash running track where I started my c25k journey just to give my legs a bit of a rest from pounding the pavements. Anyway I have a garmin watch now and one of the graphs from it was funny. Reminded me of a Toblerone. Have a great weekend 😊😊

I know the feeling 😂 That's why I was a sprinter when I was younger! I just got bored after 2 laps 😂 And mobile phones that you could plug your headphones into weren't invented then either 🎧🤣

😂😂i do prefer all the different routes I chose to run. Going round in circles doesn't make and keep the run interesting

Yum..... chocolate! I don't think I have ever ran around a running track as we just had a field at school but I am guessing I would find it a little dull after the exciting runs that you do
