Week 5 run 2 completed this morning. It was a really nice run apart from dying for the loo 10mins into run (note to self do not drink so much water close to heading out). I power walk to disco for 30 mins before each run to really get me warm as i feel 5 mins warm up is crazy short for me. I was in another world today so missed MJ's brief on length of run abd actually thought I had another 8 mins to do and was ready for it. The last minute of run two i picked up the pace to finish strong. Run 3 bring it on

Do all your hydrating on rest days and after your run...should help you!
