Good morning fellow runners! Back from my over indulgent holiday in Lake Garda, 10 days of eating (usually I'm on Slimming World) and drinking and with only 2 short runs while I was away. The gremlins were waiting for me of course, kept me company for the first mile until I shook them off and I won't lie the last mile was tricky but hey! I'm back with today's 5k under my belt. So a few words of encouragement for those just back from their holibobs: YOU CAN DO ITππββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ

Well done and welcome back! Glad youβve had a break - I do think itβs healthy to have time off sometimes π Fab that you shook those gremlins off, I bet youβd have struggled more with them before C25k. I think itβs as good for us mentally as physically!
