Well then. At least I wasn't imagining it. The sonographer was very chatty and informative! I have arthritis and a huge ganglion cyst. The joys of getting older. Need to make an appointment with gp next.

Anti inflammatory medication for the arthritis and maybe drain the cyst? Hitting it with the family bible is the traditional treatment apparently!

That's bad news.

I have osteoarthritis in my feet and it does make things hard sometimes. I'm trying to run these days and it's a bit painful but not bad enough to make me quit.

I take turmeric and black pepper capsules for pain and they do help quite a lot.

I hope you won't have to stop running because of it.

Oh jeez ! 😮 I’ve got one on the top of my wrist. Had it for a few years and hadn’t bothered doing anything about it. Ive only had slight discomfort when weight lifting, kinda tingling of a nerve. I didn’t really know what it was until I googled it up and saw. May have to get it drained. Eeeks 😬
