It will take a bit of time please be patient. You are asking your body to do a new exercise it's not easy. You say your going slow I wonder can you slow down even more it will help, honestly. You need to make sure you are drinking at least 2-3 litres of water per day and not just on run days.
C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck šš

Rubbish runs are normal and they make the good ones sweeter. Make sure youāre hydrating plenty the day before and slow down and slow down again.

Hey, of course you're making progress. Just think about where you were only 8 weeks ago. The fact that you are out there doing it is success in itself, so stop being so hard on yourself and celebrate your achievement. Hope you enjoy Wednesday's run x

You are defo making progress - youāve got to week 8 !! This challenge is as much mental as physical. You CAN do this !!! Honestly slow down. The speed will come in time. šš»āāļøšš»āāļø
