W1 complete but it didn’t get easier...

I’ve just done w1r3 and I don’t feel like I’ve improved. I’ll give w2r1 a bash on Friday but just wondering if anyone else repeated w1. I do have asthma so not sure if I’m confusing asthma breathlessness with being unfit breathlessness!

1st off well done on completing week 1 😊😊 unless you really feel you want to repeat I would move onto week 2 , you have progressed , a week ago you didn't run at all !!

Obvs any concerns with the asthma and running consult with your doctor to allay and concerns etc

Other than that keep going 😊😊

Well, I don’t have asthma and I struggled to breathe throughout week 1, if that’s anything to go by.

It’s sometimes hard to gauge your own progress... but this plan works and you’re ready to take on week 2. I found it psychologically easier as there were less runs to tick off.

Great job so far

My breathing was fine. My legs and knees were not. Fingers crossed it's only your body using parts that haven't been used for a while
