10 weeks of no running😬

After not running for 10 weeks and having had 3 deep tissue massages, I'll be back to w1r1 for rehab, repeating each week as many times as i need to and i can't wait!!

It's been so hard to rest and just walk but after trying a little run with no success after a couple of weeks it was exactly the right thing to you.

Wish me luck!🏃‍♀️👍

Good luck. I am still injured after months and months but physio told me to do 10 mins ...managed 4! So I’m about to go back to week 3 to start all over again.

Hope you're on the road to recovery now, what injury do you have?

I'm going back to w1 as i don't want to risk injuring my hamstring again. Slow but sure for me with strengthening stretches too!

Good luck on your next attempt to run & take care 👍

I might do 1 too. I have still tendonitis in my hamstring. Still hurts but improving. Yes good luck too. I’ve really missed running.

Have you had any massages?

I literally had a pain in the bum and sitting was so painful, have you had the same?

Ice packs gave me alot of relief when the top of my hamstring was hurting.

Let me know how you are getting on xx
