Well I am here because I had a patient in who has turned his diabetes around with couch to 5K .

Before I become my patient I had to take his experience and help myself .

After all I should lead by example !

Just done my first ever coached run/walk thrilled sweaty and knackered xxxx

Brilliant...I have read lots of people have helped their diabetes, cholesterol and all sorts. It also helps moods too !
