Yassssssssssss! I feel good!

Was actually difficult at the beginning of the run as I felt some discomfort in the front of my shins which I was worried about however it wore off by the third 60 second round thankfully!

And what a beautiful night for it...what a gorgeous city Glasgow is 🌅

Thank you for that quick reply Jane, I now live in Cumbernauld but years ago I lived quite near Bellahouston Park, by the way, the Great Scottish Run goes through that park, that event takes place on Sunday 29th September.

There is a 10K as well, however, that doesn't go through that park, just the HM.

Well done on getting the 2nd run done! I've got run 3 either tomorrow or Saturday. Not too worried but am starting to worry about week 2.
