Something different!

Hi fellow runners. I've just had a very different run (for me). Having joined the local gym I ran there (it's just over a mile) with a small Decathlon back pack. I then had a swim, got changed and ran home! I really enjoyed it even though my run was split and not as long as usual. Keeping things interesting! Happy running :)

Well done Charlie’smum11 , a great way of getting a run in around your other activities.

Please note everyone CM has graduated, but if you are still on the programme it’s best not to split your run up.
