I’ve completed week 1 and each session I’ve run 7x60 sec but at the end I get told (by Sarah Millican) that I’ve ran a total of 8 minutes?? Have I got something wrong here or is my maths just really bad?

Hi, you run for the 1st minute, then repeat that first minute another 7 times! 1 + 7 = 8! Hope that helps! 😄

Having never actually counted the reps on the app, I don't know if you are correct or not, but the programme as written is eight 60 second running intervals separated by seven 90 second brisk walks, with five minutes of brisk walk on either end.
