Huge well done 👍 I promise it gets addictive ... 😉 I honestly swore each time they told me to “start running” in the first two weeks but it’s amazing how strong you get in such a short space of time. Happy running days 🏃🏽♀️😀
Yep first week was the worst for me. I felt sick, had a headache and for some reason my arms went numb 🥴. Second week I felt I had some control over my body and mind and started to relax into it. Well done on getting out there.
The first couple of weeks running is tough. My breathing was all over the place, my legs hurt and everything else. But keep going because things do get better. Have fun and happy running
