W1R1 I survived!

Can’t believe I actually did it but after weeks of thinking of it (& finding reasons why I couldn’t start) I finally got out and did my very first session. I’m not convinced I will become addicted or even grow to love running but I’m finally prepared to give it a go. Reminder is set for Wednesday so I’ve just got to not let myself find an excuse not to do it 😬

Well done! I remember how I felt after my first run (you can find my post somewhere!).... meanwhile I did a run every other day - without fail, until an Achilles problem and then a cold - after both I then continued.

I am due to GRADUATE today!!! So... keep that mental strength to go on Wednesday and in a couple of months you too can graduate C25K.

All the best

PB

PS - go SLOWLY

I’m sure you’ll smash it but if not there’s always tomorrow. You’ve come too far to give up. I for one will be rooting for you 😀

Great job on the toughest of all runs. Glad you survived 😂

Enjoy run 2... you can do this.

Well done! They say the first step is the hardest.

I am only on run two and like you I have always hated running. To actually grow to enjoy it would be amazing. To become addicted would a dream! Let's see what happens! Good luck on your journey 😁

Thank you and best of luck to you too. Hopefully we will both be celebrating our graduation in no time at all 🏃‍♀️ 🏅
