Well done you. i have done my knee in, so bad i struggled to walk this morning literally yelping in pain. However i did the school run on foot this afternoon and although it was painful i did it!! So going to have one more rest day and attempt my w2r2 on Saturday. We can do this all for one and all that... ๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜˜

Yes I was ok, just took it really steady and having my music on certainly helped

thats the motivation i needed thankyou. Glad your getting better. It must be hard on our bodies going from zero to exercise for me anyway, don't think my size is helping regarding the knee injury a lot of weight for my poor legs to take on. Like putting a 2tonne weight on a donkey!!! lol.

I am the same, very overweight but I do walk about 2 miles a day with my dog which helps. Never thought I could do this but I am going to try my hardest!!!

Well i find this forum very motivating so i am sure we can all motivate each other. I am going with the mantra slow and steady wins the race.

Great work Kazzio! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ feel free to take another day off before week 2 run 3, until your knee is better, I wouldn't want running to worsen it.

This is a great programme isn't it โœ…๐Ÿ‘

It's really good to hear it Kazzio ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜„ I bet you're looking forward to graduating, it'll probably come around sooner than you think.

It's great looking forward to runs; I've got a 30-minute one tomorrow I'm buzzing about. Going to have to do it after work though because I've found a local-ish park that's about 10 minutes away that I want to run in.
