49 and 30 pounds over weight. I used to run when younger but knee started to play up. Decided to give it another go.

Hello, the great thing about this plan is it is a graduall build up of running time which will limit any injury . Rest days are very important as is drinking 2-3 litres of water per day 7 days a week.

C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck 😊😊

Welcome to the forum and good luck on your journey!

There is always someone to help/advise so you’re in the right place 🙂 - we all try and help each other whenever we are able & if someone isn’t physically here we’ll be willing each other on in spirit

You may find you have good and bad days but the ‘bad’ runs are only prep for your next run (I’m sure I read that here somewhere)

Good luck on your running journey 🤗 x
