I didn’t think I could do 1 k, let alone 5. Now i’m Hooked on Park Runs.

Isn’t it great? We are away and have run on hills really looking forward to our flatish route at home i bet we find it easier

You could do it Rogie55 if you put your mind to it, it all starts with training courses like C25K, start with a 5k and gradually increase your distance to HM or the full 26 mile marathon. 😊

PS, they have just interviewed a runner who says she started her running career with C25K.

It’s a year away. Few more Park Runs, then a 10k , then I’ll see!

I suppose when you start c25k and 60 seconds seems so difficult them before you know it you're running for 30 minutes. Anything is possible. 😊😊

Yes. I love running. I find it hard not to run, just did my mile walk, thinking, shall. Just run a little.nooo it’s a rest day. Lol

Go for it! Like you I felt really inspired this morning but unlike you I have actually signed up for next year!!! 😱.

I have only run 7k so far, I must be mad. I have always wanted to do something in memory of my grandmother who died of motor neurone disease so i really hope I can do it.
