Never ever thought that starting C25k nearly 2 years ago would lead to this.

I'll be looking out for you! There are only 58,000 of us this year so you should be easy enough to spot with that strip ;)

So just like a really really big park run then Adam. Appreciate all the tips you've been giving me You have good race too

Yeah - a parkrun with a few extra runners. Mind, I don't think I know of any parkruns that start on the motorway. Someone mentioned to me that they have moved the finish line back a couple of feet or so when compared to parkrun, but I don't believe them.

I assume that the organisers will have arranged for you to have a colour co-ordinated run number to go with your vest. You'll be up in the orange section just behind the elite runners. In that case, be careful and don't go off too fast. Mo Farah will find it embarrassing when you sprint past him. Show the guy a little respect.

You'll be great. Have fun.

Good luck. Enjoy it! Don't go off too fast! (but who am I to preach?)

Thanks TT no chance of me going too fast as I can't do fast ! In fact first 15-20 mins of every run I wonder what I am doing And as for people talking about sprint finish Eh don't think so. I see the finish line and seem to get slower and slower and ....
