So yesterday I managed to run for 25 minutes for the first time. I can't believe I've gotten to this point. Struggling running for 60 seconds at a time seems not so long ago!
The main thing I noticed was that my legs can definitely keep going but in the last 5 - 10 minutes I was struggling with being out of breath (it didn't help that the last part of my route was uphill ππ₯΅) but I pushed on till the end.
I'm so glad I did it! π
