Having been nervous about running for 20 minutes I needn’t have been! Paced myself for a lovely early morning run by the river and even managed to speed up for the 2 minutes!😃I actually felt fine and felt I could have run for longer - but will stick to the programme as it’s working so far apart from a few ‘leg issues’ which, with regular stretches seem to be resolved 👍🏻I never thought I’d be a ‘runner’ having not run in any serious way for over 40 years! However, I’m loving it and look forward to my runs😊
