Good decision. Follow the program very carefully & enjoy it. Once you graduate you will be directed to a maintenance program. Enjoy!

Great for getting started. Make sure you're well hydrated 7 days a week . It is very important to have a rest day between each run and go slow. C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck 😊😊

Welcome. After 9 weeks there are plenty of other plans to follow to keep you going... don’t worry about that just yet, but look to set some goals nearer the time. You can do this, enjoy the journey

When you finish, the world will be your oyster. You'll have a new toy to play with in whatever way you choose - it's one of the fun things about sticking around on the forums, seeing what people do, but there's loads of support and information when you get to that point.
