Back from today's run, decided to push it today and went for the 5k. I'm slow as anything but if I can do it, anyone can!! Next week I'm sticking to the three 30 min runs, I still can't quite believe I can run for this long after struggling to run for a minute at the beginning. Hopefully I can get to a parkrun soon. 😁

Brilliant well done! Don't go too far or too fast because you risk injury. Have a great graduation week it's a superb achievement. I love parkrun and you will too!

Congratulations on that first 5k, and god to read you’re going to stick to the plan to graduate now. You have nothing to prove... ease back up to that 5k from 30 minutes. Have a wonderful victory lap next week... and go get that parkrun done soon, you’ll love it.
