Managed 10 minutes yesterday and another 10 minutes today with another 5 minutes a while later. So getting there slowly so very slowly. Thanks for all the support very much appreciated and needed.

Slowly does it, but don’t forget your rest days, which allow your muscles to repair and grow.

Sounds great - just remember every minute u do is, well, a minute better than doing nothing :-)

I am a complete amateur so can’t give qualified advice by any description but I have been told very firmly that u need a rest day between runs - be careful not to injure yourself...
