It was the 300th run at The Great Lines in Medway - so only took 299 weeks to do it !
As everyone says on here - the atmosphere was friendly and supportive and I enjoyed the run a lot with a PB at 28 min to pot. Never ran with others before and perhaps thatβs the reason why I got a good time. Looking forward to number 2 now. Onwards and upwards πββοΈπββοΈ

My 20 year old granddaughter jogged back from her finish to encourage me in - bless her - told her this was as fast as it getsπππ cant see a button to attach a pic so will post one separate.
Off on my holibobs on wednesday, so only 1 more run before that - might take my kit to Lake Garda.πππ
It's our first visit to Lake Garda, (Sirmeoni.) So I'm hoping to find somewhere long and flat for an early morning outing - have you been before? Hubby says " you'll be ok Maz couple of times around the lake as usual"πππ
Lol - I think that will take you a while. There are plenty of flat places to run and cafes for a drink break afterwards. Sirmioni is lovely. We stayed the other end at Limone - everywhere is nice but recommend going to Malchesne and take the cable car up to see the Dolomites
Hi - thatβs a super time for a Parkrun and just seen your age - amazing !!! Well done ! I had a friend alongside me who was a 29 minutes pacer as I was determined to do under 30 mins ππ»
