Wow, what an amazing experience! Was a bit nervous 😬 but no need to be. Friendly welcome and positive atmosphere and no pressure. Brilliant camaraderie. All sorts of runners and walkers, pushchairs and dogs. Loved it! Highly recommend if you haven't done one yet. Never has a run gone so fast before! Just remember to register with parkrun and print out the barcode beforehand.

Well done! I did my first Parkrun this morning too 😀

I was nervous beforehand but, as you said, there was a really friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I'm only on week 7 so I ran my 25 minutes then walked the rest. Oh, apart from running over the finish line 😀

Definitely plan to go back next week.
