Hi guys, I've been very disciplined about following the podcasts and I got to week 9:2 when I then went on holiday for a week. Coming back, I find it overwhelming to start running again. I've started on 6:2 which is the 2*10 min runs but I'm finding it absurdly hard. What's happening??!! I was hoping to go to week 7 next but I can't imagine how I can do it (even though I already have done it four weeks ago).

You lose no significant condition in the first two weeks of non running, so I suspect your situation is more psychological than physical.
I believe that many people forget how to pace themselves after even a short break...... slow down.

I don't think you need to go back as you were not running for 1 week.
I had 1 week off due to a holiday also it did feel a bit harder the first couple of runs then it was fine. Go out go slow . You can do it 😊
