Amazingly I have completed week 1 on my second attempt. I am so chuffed!! Can’t believe I can actually run for 8 minute runs but i did it!! Every time it was run day I was terrified God knows why but... so now for week 2 and even longer runs 😶 nit sure who I’m trying to kid but I’ll give it a go ha ha! Keep you posted xx

Great job... now, you’ve seen that you’re capable of more than you thought... the runs may be longer, but there’s less of them! You can do it... amaze yourself some more.

My husband phoned me on my first ever run and I couldn’t talk to him,but 9 weeks later I was running with a friend and chatting,the horror does stop and enjoyment takes over, promise
