Week 6... done!

After thinking the first two runs this week were a little difficult, I started this last run today without much hope.

During the first 5 minutes, I was certain I was going to give up. Giving myself a bit of a pep talk, I carried on and it got easier. I would even go as far as to say, I probably could have carried on past the 25 (I didn't mind).

Today, I think I've realised that it's more mind over matter. I've still got the same mentality from before I started the programme when I thought I'd struggle to run at all, let along for 25 minutes. That has to change.... and it will.

Really super chuffed to be able to complete the 25 minute run. Yay!! Go me!! :)

Very well done you... relax now as the runs get longer and do begin to up, your non impact work, on some of your rest days too. Stamina and strength need to keep up with those legs:)
