Just posting to record and vent.
So week 1 looking back was hard for me.
Dread filled me when mr coach says ok..your gonna run for 90 this time..as i felt it was hard the week before doing 60! Yet..i felt fine..ok About 3/4 i was beginning to feel tired but just powered through. Well chuffed. Drinking plenty water day before helped big time though.
