Dread filled me when mr coach says ok..your gonna run for 90 this time..as i felt it was hard the week before doing 60! Yet..i felt fine..ok About 3/4 i was beginning to feel tired but just powered through. Well chuffed. Drinking plenty water day before helped big time though.

I think water is what is getting me through this. Since starting, I've given up drinking coffee and tea (haven't drunk alcohol since Christmas) and just have water and make an after-run smoothie with Alpro milks. Now I drink maybe 2-3 litres each day.
Thanks all for your replies.im combining healthy eating with the c25k and changing my life for good. Dead set on this. Plenty of water each day and im on the "wagon" when it comes to alcohol. Dont really miss beer anymore.
