well done for trying today. last time i ran was Wednesday morning. so i've now left it for too long but it's been too hot. i really dont enjoy running in this heat. so will put my alarm on at 5am tomorrow and go. see how that goes xxx
You still covered 4.98 km, Dutch-Fraggle, which is great, a power walk is ok, I’ve had to revert to one of those a few times on Consolidation runs, important thing is you’re still out there doing it and moving at a pace, and you can’t run if you’ve got cramp. I’ve been using the Nike Running Club App, guided runs of various times and distance, it’s good 👍
