Ran for 22 minutes yesterday non stop and did another 3 after 2 minute break. So feel I’m finally getting back to my 30 minute runs slowly.

It’s nearly W7.

Huge well done you.. coming back after illness can be slow ..but you will get there... I am back to 10K plus now after a spell on the IC...it was slow progress..but we do it!

These slow comebacks do benefit our running in a weird way:)

Thanks. I know I will get back to running for 30 minutes but feel a bit demoralised as I had only really managed about 4-5 consolidation runs and was struggling with those. I’m trying to redo W7 slowly.

You'll be back on track soon...I did my HM in March...but then after an injury had to begin again with 1K...it is very hard...but the slow, steady return pays off.x
