Feeling a bit naff

A bit headachey and generally just feeling a bit naff today, supposed to be my first run of week two tonight and considering putting it off.

Sounds to me like the perfect reason to get out and try and blow away the naffness.

You can do it the hardest part is getting out of the door once you are down the street you’ll be ok and you’ll feel so much better once you’ve done it. The headache may also go🤞

A good bit of exercise will get rid of the naff. Go for it!

Except if it’s an upset stomach or a chesty cough - I’ve found I’ve always felt better for doing the run. Just take it nice and slow.

Have you been keeping hydrated enough, most headaches are caused by dehydration. Try to drink small amounts of water all day 7 days a week and see if it helps 😊
