Sorry about your back Yowiewowie 19, but you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish, just hope that your back heals quickly.

Tough, but you don't have to repeat the whole week. Just make sure that you have fully completed each and every session, then you can move on.

Make sue that you are fully recovered, and then head out very gently... slow and steady as you go.

Maybe wait until your back feels better before going back out for a run . A few extra rest days will do you good 😊
